Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure your preferred time and date on the performer's schedule. In the event of a cancellation made 7 or more days prior to your scheduled event, 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable. Cancellations within 5 days of the event will result in the entire deposit being non-refundable. Should you wish to reschedule, the full deposit can be transferred to a new date, with a $50 rescheduling fee applicable. It's important to note that a portion of the retained deposit or rescheduling fee is allocated to the performer.
