Who We Are
We are an esteemed children's character company based in California. Currently, we are on the lookout for talented performers, both male and female, who have the ability to bring storybook, movie, TV, mythical action heroes, and iconic characters to life. In addition to performers, we are also in need of skilled face painters, balloon artists, Santa's, and mascot performers. If you have a passion for entertaining and a knack for capturing the essence of beloved characters, we would love to hear from you!

To be considered, you must:
Have a vocal/theatrical background to be a main character performer
No vocal background necessary for all other characters
Have a strong work ethic
Love of entertaining and children
Reliable transportation
Able to conceal any tattoos or body piercing's
17 - 28 years of age
A clear background check
Can commit for at least 1 year or seasonally
Job Description
We are a dynamic entertainment company specializing in providing unforgettable experiences for children (ages 3 and up), families, and businesses. Our wide range of services includes private shows, captivating walkabouts for events, and exciting and engaging activities. We are also thrilled to offer opportunities for individuals with unique talents to showcase their skills. Rest assured, we provide comprehensive training materials and guidelines to support your growth and success. As we continue to expand, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our team in the areas of face painting, balloon twisting, and magic performances. If you have a passion for enchanting others with your artistry, we'd love to have you on board!
Benefits
Pagar:
Se le paga por el tiempo que está en la fiesta y por el viaje. No se le paga por la preparación. El pago varía de $90 a $110 por 1 hora, de $105 a $120 por 1,5 horas y de $125 a $140 por 2 horas, dependiendo de si usa los disfraces, pelucas y suministros de Cinderella Company o si tiene los suyos propios (debe ser aprobado).
Capacitación:
Recibirá capacitación completa sobre actividades, maquillaje, vestuario, cuidado de pelucas, etc. Se le asignará un mentor y se le compensará por la capacitación a $ 15 por hora.
Cronograma:
Como artista independiente, puede trabajar para otras compañías de personajes; sin embargo, no se le permitirá usar nuestros disfraces, pelucas o suministros en fiestas organizadas por otras compañías; de lo contrario, se le cobrarán los costos de alquiler atrasados. Nuestras fiestas son principalmente los fines de semana.
Viaje:
Se le pagará un viaje de $10 que cubrirá hasta 40 millas RT. A partir de entonces, recibirá una compensación de 0,585 centavos por milla, incluidas las tarifas de peaje del puente.
Consejos:
Alentamos a nuestros clientes a dar una propina del 20%, sin embargo, esto queda a su discreción. Toda la propina que ganó es para que usted la conserve.
