The Cinderella Company Terms & Policy

Weather:

If you are having your event outdoors, please make sure that there is plenty of cool shade for the performer since they are wearing heavy costumes.  And the table and chairs for face painting must be protected by the shade of a tree or covered canopy at all times.  The area must be grassy and free of thorny bushes, mud, or standing water.

Performer Punctuality:

Here at The  Cinderella Company, we do our best to make sure that our performers are on time for your event. Therefore, please notify us of any unusual traffic situations in your area. (i.e., close proximity to a beach, stadium, amusement park, living near a single lane country road or state highway that may have a lot of traffic etc.) This will help in making sure your performer is at your event on time. Failing to mention traffic conditions as stated above, with the exception of accidents or construction may result in tardiness. If hosting your party at a park, please inform us of the exact site location at the park along with the proximity of the site from the parking lot. Please make yourself available by phone the day of the party in case the performer needs to contact you.  Failure to do so, may result in your performer being late.

Performer Guarantee:

While we will take all performer requests into consideration, we cannot guarantee a specific performer due to circumstances beyond our control. We also reserve the right to change performers due to business considerations. Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for all of our clients so if your scheduled performer is not able to make it, we will do our best in replacing her with another performer.  Please note that not all of our performers sing. So if you request a singing performer and she falls ill, we cannot guarantee that we can replace her with another singing performer

Singing Performer: 

Please note that performers do not sing a complete song but partial piece during the story time; the singing is simply meant to enhance the magic of the story time. Cinderella Company does not provide a sound system, so the performer will sing as loud as they are capable of doing.  It is extremely important that our performers do not strain their vocal cords, so please keep this in mind for large or outdoor parties.

Cancellation Policy:

Once we receive your deposit, we will reserve your desired time and date for you on the performer’s schedule. Once you have booked with us, you will have 48 hours to cancel to receive a full refund on your deposit or we will gladly work with you to find an alternate party date for your consideration, based on availability. If after that time, you choose to cancel our services for any reason more than 7 days prior to your event, 50% your deposit will be refunded unless rescheduled.  If you cancel our services less than 7 days prior to your event, you entire deposit in non-refundable unless rescheduled.
